Pindang Balado

Ingredient

  • 6 Pindang Fish, Wash Clean and Fry

Ground spices

  • 10 red chilies
  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red tomato
  • All the spices are boiled and then puree

Method

  • 1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked
  • 2. Give a little water, stir well, add salt, sugar and seasonings to correct the taste.
  • 3. Arrange the pindang fish on a plate then flush with the balado seasoning.
  • Pindang Balado is ready to be enjoyed.
