Pindang Balado
Ingredient
- 6 Pindang Fish, Wash Clean and Fry
Ground spices
- 10 red chilies
- 6 cloves of red onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 red tomato
- All the spices are boiled and then puree
Method
- 1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked
- 2. Give a little water, stir well, add salt, sugar and seasonings to correct the taste.
- 3. Arrange the pindang fish on a plate then flush with the balado seasoning.
- Pindang Balado is ready to be enjoyed.
