Egg Pete Sardines Ingredients

  • 1 can of sardines/mackerel
  • 1 btr beaten egg for sardine coating
  • 2 eggs beaten off
  • 1 plantain
  • 1 pc tomato / can use cherry tomatoes
  • 3 pcs white onion, sliced
  • 5 pcs red onion, sliced
  • 6 pcs chili, sliced
  • To taste, sweet kcp, a little salt

How to make Egg Pete Sardines

  • 1. Separate the sardines and the sauce
  • 2. Coat the sardines with beaten egg, fry until golden brown, set aside
