Rendang Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 plates of rice, put in the fridge overnight
  • 1 sachet of instant rendang seasoning
  • 3 tbsp shredded beef rendang
  • Mix vegetables (carrots, corn & peas), to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 large onion, cut into small dice
  • 3 pieces of red chili, cut into pieces
  • 2 large red chilies, cut into pieces
  • 1 spring onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil

Topping

  • Pickles
  • Fried onion
  • Shrimp crisp

How to make

  • 1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic & onion until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the mixed vegetables, stir-fry until wilted.
  • 3. Enter the instant rendang seasoning & shredded rendang beef, stir-fry until the spices are fragrant.
  • 4. Enter the rice & chili, cook over high heat until well blended.
  • 5. Finally add the scallions, mix well.
  • 6. Correct the taste & serve with toppings according to taste.
