Ingredients

  • 150 gr beef
  • 5 pcs button mushrooms

Ground spices

  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 10 pcs cayenne pepper (to taste)

Other Seasonings

  • 3 large chilies (mix red and green, then remove seeds and cut into pieces)
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 2 bay leaves
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock

  • Sweet soy sauce to taste

Method

  • 1. Cut the mushrooms and meat to the size you like
  • 2. Marinate the meat with black pepper sauce by @saori for at least 5 minutes, then set aside
  • 3. Saute the ground spices together with the bay leaf and lemongrass until the spices are cooked
  • 4. After the spices are cooked, add the meat and stir-fry until well mixed with the spices
  • 5. Give enough water, sugar, salt and mushroom broth.
  • 6. After the meat is almost cooked, add the sliced ​​mushrooms and stir fry again until everything is cooked
  • 7. Enter the chili slices and sweet soy sauce, stir-fry again until all mixed well.
