Ingredients

  • 1 kg egg white
  • 250 gr tapioca flour
  • tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 100 gr ebi
  • 3 tbsp oil

Supplementary material

  • Pempek vinegar
  • Yellow Noodles
  • Cucumber

How to make

  • 1. Mix egg whites and ground spices, stir until well blended
  • 2. Add tapioca flour, salt, sugar, mushroom broth
  • 3. Pour into a non-stick container, steam until the dough sets
  • 4. Cut the pempek dough according to taste
  • 5. Fry in hot oil, until golden yellow
  • 6. Pempek egg whites are ready to be served with a complement
