Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pcs red chili
  • 1 cup smoked chicken
  • 1 cup vegetables to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 2 cups of water

How to make

  • 1. Wash the vegetables and cut them according to taste
  • 2. Wash the rice and drain
  • 3. Turn on the saute button to sauté, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then add the chopped onion, garlic and chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour in the smoked chicken, along with the vegetables, stir, press the cancel button and then move it to the button to cook the rice
  • 5. Pour in the rice and water, add the mushroom broth, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir briefly until well blended then cover until cooked.
  • 6. So, the smoked chicken fried rice.
  • 7. Arrange on a plate with a dish according to your taste
