Materials

  • 1 tbsp chili powder @demaderaas.id
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 4 pieces of red cayenne pepper, sliced ​​oblique

How to make

  • 1. Melt 1 tablespoon of margarine, then fry the onions, garlic, red chilies and cayenne pepper until fragrant and wilted
  • 2. Enter the chicken pieces, stir until it changes color
  • 3. Enter 1 tablespoon of meat curry powder and 1 tablespoon of chili powder @demaderaas.id .. stir until smooth
  • 4. Add water, mix well.. then add rice.. stir again until smooth
  • 5. Cover the pot, then cook on low heat
  • 6. Stir the rice occasionally so it doesn't burn at the bottom and cooks evenly.. Cover again and cook until done
  • 7. before lifting, enter 1 tablespoon margarine.. stir well.. remove and serve warm
