How to cook

  • 1. Bring water to a boil, add sliced ​​ginger, crushed garlic, and a little salt.
  • 2. Add chicken, boil for about 15 minutes. Remove the chicken. Do not throw away the cooking water
  • 3. Heat margarine, add ground spices and fry until fragrant and browned.
  • 4. Enter the rice, mushrooms and pandan leaves, stir in the lemongrass, then add the chicken and pour in the sufficient amount of the chicken broth. add oyster sauce, sesame oil and salt to taste. Taste correction.
