Egg Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 large tomato
  • chopped cabbage
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Enough water
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, mushroom broth.

Method

  • 1. Heat the oil, scramble the eggs, set aside
  • 2. Saute onion and chili
  • 3. Add water, soy sauce, sugar, tomato sauce, salt, stock. Taste
  • 4. Add cabbage, tomatoes and scallions.
  • Cook until everything is cooked, turn off the heat.
