Egg Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 scallion
- 1 large tomato
- chopped cabbage
- 3 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Enough water
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- Sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, mushroom broth.
Method
- 1. Heat the oil, scramble the eggs, set aside
- 2. Saute onion and chili
- 3. Add water, soy sauce, sugar, tomato sauce, salt, stock. Taste
- 4. Add cabbage, tomatoes and scallions.
- Cook until everything is cooked, turn off the heat.
