  • 4 large pindang salmon, fried & shredded²
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil

Ground spices

  • 7 pieces of curly red chili
  • 7 pieces of red chili
  • 1 large red chili
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 tsp grilled shrimp paste
  • Salt & mushroom stock powder, to taste

How to Make Sauteed Pindang Salem

  • 1. Heat cooking oil, saute ground spices & lime leaves until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the shredded fish, cook until the spices are well mixed.
  • 3. Correct taste & serve.
