Ingredient

  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Mushroom Stock Salt
  • Leftovers from yesterday: oven chicken potatoes (already with seasoning) cut into cubes.
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • Butter 1 tbsp to mix with Potato
  • Butter 1 tbsp for greasing
  • 1 cup oven proof

Step

  • 1. Beat eggs, salt, mushroom broth and milk evenly.
  • 2. Grease a baking sheet with butter,
  • 3. Pour the left over into the pan, then pour the beaten egg.
  • 4. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes. (My creation)
