Ingredients

  • -1/4 kg ugkep chicken, cut into small pieces
  • -2 pcs purple eggplant, diced
  • -4 pieces of tofu, me: use diced meatball tofu
  • -1 ounce of curly green chili
  • -1 tsp brown sugar
  • -salt, mushroom broth to taste

Coarse Crushed Seasoning

  • -5 pcs red chili
  • -5 pcs green chili
  • -7 pcs bamer
  • -5 pcs baput

How to cook

  • -Fried chicken half cooked, set aside
  • -Fry the eggplant until golden brown, set aside
  • -Fry tofu meatballs until golden brown, set aside
