Ingredient

  • 20 pieces of long beans
  • 150 gr sprouts

Seasoning Iris

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red chilies, sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste

Step

  • • Cut the long beans, wash thoroughly, then wash the bean sprouts.
  • • Saute onion, white, chili and bay leaf until fragrant and wilted, add long beans, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and mushroom broth, stir and cook until long beans are wilted, then add the bean sprouts, stir again until the bean sprouts wilt, check the taste when it's right, turn off the fire, ready to be served☺️
