Ingredient

  • 10 sausages
  • 10 boiled quail eggs
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3 cm. geprek ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 scallion
  • Powdered broth
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt, pepper

How to Process

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Pour enough water and let it boil
  • 2. Add vegetables, cook until soft
  • 3. Enter the sausage, quail eggs and spring onions and seasonings. Do it again
  • 4. Serve warm
