Quail Egg Sausage Soup
Ingredient
- 10 sausages
- 10 boiled quail eggs
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 cm. geprek ginger
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 scallion
- Powdered broth
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper
How to Process
- 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Pour enough water and let it boil
- 2. Add vegetables, cook until soft
- 3. Enter the sausage, quail eggs and spring onions and seasonings. Do it again
- 4. Serve warm
