Ingredients

  • 3 pcs tofu, cut into 5 parts
  • 100 gr chicken (can replace b2/beef)
  • 100 gr prawns
  • 3 pcs shitake mushrooms, soaked in water until fluffy and soft, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • 1 segment of ginger, grated and squeezed, take 1 tsp of water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp tapioca flour/maizena

How to make

  • 1. Puree the chicken and shrimp using MAGIC CHOPPER CH200 @mitochiba.id .
  • 2. Combine with all other ingredients, mix well.
  • 3. Cut the tofu into 5 pieces each, arrange on a thick plate.
  • 4. Put enough meat mixture on top of the tofu. Topped with chili slices.
  • 5. Flush with gravy ingredients. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Siraman Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 150 ml water
  • Combine all ingredients, mix well.
