Ingredient

  • 200gr taro root
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
  • To taste salt, mushroom and pepper seasoning
  • Enough oil for frying

How to cook

  • 1. Boil the taro root for a while, remove and drain
  • 2. Saute garlic and shrimp paste until fragrant
  • 3. Enter the boiled taro root
  • 4. Add salt, seasoning, oyster sauce and pepper, mix well
  • 5. Ready to enjoy
