Sauteed Taro Root
Ingredient
- 200gr taro root
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
- To taste salt, mushroom and pepper seasoning
- Enough oil for frying
How to cook
- 1. Boil the taro root for a while, remove and drain
- 2. Saute garlic and shrimp paste until fragrant
- 3. Enter the boiled taro root
- 4. Add salt, seasoning, oyster sauce and pepper, mix well
- 5. Ready to enjoy
