Material A (Shrimp Dreadlocks)
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 50 gr rice flour

Ground spices
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- pinch of pepper
- 2 cm turmeric (can skip)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mushroom stock

- Fried White Tofu (Chinese Tofu/Tofu Pong)
Material C
- thinly sliced cabbage
- Sufficient bean sprouts soaked in hot water for a while
- enough rice cake
- thinly sliced celery
- fried onions
- sweet soy sauce
- scramble eggs
Ingredient D (Peanut Seasoning)
- 2 handfuls of roasted peanuts
- 4 pieces of cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp thick paste (to taste)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- sour water to taste (1 tsp sour + warm water)
How to make
- -prepare ingredient A, mix well and then fry like bakwan
- set aside
- -fry the tofu until the skin is removed, set aside
- -cut the dreadlocks and tofu
- - if you like fried cabbage, cut the cabbage into squares and then dip it in hot oil then remove and drain
- - Scramble the eggs
- -prepare ingredient D, knead all ingredients until smooth and not too sticky
- - taste test add according to taste
