Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Green Tomatoes, each cut into 4 parts
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Mushroom Broth to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 100 ml Water

How to make

  • 1. Boil the water until it boils, add the peeled clams. Boil 10 minutes, drain
  • 2. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the sliced ​​red onion, galangal, ginger, bay leaf and lime leaves, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 3. Add in the clams, ground pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, mix well. Add sliced ​​green chilies, red chilies, salt, sugar, mushroom broth and water. Stir well, cook until it boils and the spices are absorbed. Taste correction
