Ingredient

  • 250 gr bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 30 gr salted fish (me: salted fish talang), cut into small pieces
  • 1 red chili, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 green chili, cut into match
  • 1 spring onion, cut into long strips
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 50 ml water

How to make

  • 1. Heat enough vegetable oil, add salted fish.
  • 2. Fry until slightly browned, add the garlic. Fry until the salted fish is cooked and the garlic is golden brown.
  • 3. Enter the bean sprouts, chili and mushroom broth, mix well. Pouring water. Stir well (cook over high heat)
  • 4. If the bean sprouts are slightly wilted, add the spring onions, cook for a while then remove. Serve.
