Ingredient

  • 2 Japanese tofu cut into pieces
  • Shrimp to taste
  • 10 sliced ​​mushroom
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 cooking wine
  • Salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch solution
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil for frying

The method

  • 1.Heat a frying pan with garlic until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the shrimp, stir until it changes color, add the mushrooms.
  • 3. Give a little water, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper, and mushroom seasoning.
  • 4. stir, stir to correct the taste, add the cornstarch solution water, sprinkle with spring onions, stir briefly.
