Tekwan Material

  • 250 gr sago flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together. Then take a pinch of dough and boil until cooked.
  • Saute garlic, ebi and pepper until fragrant and cooked. Add water, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt, mushroom stock and sugar (taste correction). Let it boil, then add the tekwan seeds (not all, just enough to eat first). Pour into a bowl, add sweet soy sauce / pempek vinegar, sprinkle with celery leaves, spring onions and fried onions. Serve warm.

Broth

  • 1 liter of water
  • 5 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 tbsp Ebi, coarsely ground
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • Salt, mushroom broth and sugar to taste
