  • 500 gr mackerel

  • 8 cloves of red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tbsp tauco
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

How to Make Petai Fish Tauco

  • 1. Wash the fish thoroughly with lime and salt, leave for half an hour, fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown (don't let it dry)
