Ingredient

  • 20 Pieces of Tofu Pong

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 1 pack of chopped bamboo shoots (-/+ 500gr)
  • 1/4g small prawns
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 small size brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock powder
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil for frying
  • 150 ml water

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper granules
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Flour Dough:
  • 9 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Enough water, until it becomes a slightly thick dough

How to make

  • 1. Wash the bamboo shoots & drain. Boil bamboo shoots with 2 bay leaves & a pinch of salt, then drain. Wash the bamboo shoots again & drain.
  • 2. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
  • 3. Enter the shrimp, stir until it changes color.
  • 4. Enter the bamboo shoots & scrambled eggs, stir-fry briefly. Add water & seasoning, cook until dry & taste correction.
  • 5. Fill tofu with bamboo shoots, stir-fry until solid, do it until it runs out.
  • 6. Dip the stuffed tofu into the flour mixture.
  • 7. Heat cooking oil, fry tofu until golden yellow.
  • 8. Enjoy while it's hot.
