Sausage Corn Sauteed Ingredients
- 2 cobs of sweet corn, peeled
- 3 sausages
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 coarsely chopped red chili
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- Pepper
- Salt if you like
How to Make Sauteed Corn Sausage
- 1. Sauté the garlic and chilies until fragrant. Add sausage stir fry for a while
- 2. Add corn and spices. Stir well
- 3. Just before being removed, add the spring onions
