Ingredient

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small cup caipo (pickled sweet radish), cut into 2
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 scallion, sliced ​​(separate white and green)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and leek until fragrant, add the caipo. Saute until slightly dry
  • 2. Beat eggs with scallions and spices and sesame oil.
  • 3. Flatten the caipo in the pan, then pour in the egg until it forms an omelette.
  • 4. After the bottom is cooked, turn the omelette. Cook until well done
