Ingredient

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 tbsp tapioca
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients above. Prepare a frying pan with oil, use medium fire, it tends to be small. Pour 1 Spoon of Vegetable Egg Mixture, Flatten in the Frying Pan, Roll. After 3/4 rolls, pour back 1 tablespoon vegetable egg, wait a minute, roll back. And so on until the eggs run out
  • Heat all sauce ingredients, cook until bubbling and thick. Remove and pour over the tamagoyaki

Sauce Ingredients (Mix So One)

  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 scallion sliced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pepper
  • 100ml water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
