Seasoned Tofu Nori Ingredients

  • 2 egg tofu
  • 2 sheets of nori for sushi / gimbab
  • Cornstarch, to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 curly red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bird's eye chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 scallion, cut lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp powdered mushroom stock
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 100ml water

Topping

  • Roasted sesame, to taste

How to Make Seasoned Tofu Nori

  • 1. Roll the tofu with nori, then cut into pieces.
  • 2. Coat the tofu with cornstarch, then fry until golden brown.
  • 3. Heat margarine, saute garlic until fragrant.
  • 4. Enter the chili & the rest of the sauce ingredients (except water), mix well.
  • 5. Add water & add tofu, cook until slightly thickened.
  • 6. Add the scallions, mix well.
  • 7. Serve with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds.
