How to cook
-ungkep tempeh until the water shrinks, then fry 1/2 cooked
-Saute the mashed spices until the unpleasant smell disappears. add brown sugar, salt and mushroom broth to taste. no need to dry it, seasoning
- Enter the tempeh, mix well, it's done... delicious
NB: why do you have to reveal it first? because the texture of the tempeh is more tender and savory until it is deep. So when you're done uncovering the chicken, leave the broth to cook it, then make the tempeh. very tasty, different from the usual fried lgsg.
