Balado Petai Egg Ingredients

  • 10 eggs (boiled, peeled)
  • 2 plantains (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Cooking oil

Ground spices

  • 10 stalks of red chili
  • 8 cloves bwng pth
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 1 pc tomato kcl

How to Make Petai Balado Eggs

  • 1. Fry the eggs with hot oil and a lot until the skin is browned
  • 2. Saute ground spices with myk until cooked and fragrant, add petai, salt, sugar and broth, saute for a while, finally add fried boiled eggs, stir, remove, ready to be served
