Ingredients

  • 250 grams of high pro wheat flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Seasoning to taste (optional)

Dye

  • 1/2 egg beaten off
  • 4 Tbsp dry ingredients mix

Stir-fry Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper, cut into small pieces
  • Salt to taste

How to make

Put the prawns into the dry ingredients, stir until smooth, then take one by one, dip it into the wet ingredients and then add it to the dry ingredients again, don't knead with the flour, don't knead it, tap it, then put it in the heated oil, fry on medium low heat. Stir occasionally and when it is golden brown, remove and drain. .
  • 5. Sauté the garlic until slightly browned, add the cayenne pepper, scallions and salt, add the prawns, stir quickly then remove and serve
