Ingredient

  • 250 gr dry udon
  • 150 gr of meat, sliced, seasoned with 1 tablespoon of salt and pepper
  • 1 pc carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 3-4 pieces of chicory
  • Shimenji/shitake mushrooms are also delicious
  • 3 scallions, sliced ​​obliquely, separate the white and green parts
  • 1/2 lb onion, sliced
  • 4 pcs white onion, chopped

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp salty kcp
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • Dashi to taste (substitute salt/broth powder)
  • 1 tsp sugar / to taste
  • black pepper

How to Cook

  • 1. Sauté the white onion, the onion, the white part of the leek, stir-fry until fragrant
  • 2. Enter the mushrooms, add a little salt, stir-fry until the mushrooms are slightly browned
  • 3. Add the meat (in the vegetable video first, I forgot to add the meat), stir the meat until it changes color, then add other vegetables, stir briefly until slightly wilted
  • 4. Enter the udon, sauce, green part of the leek, stir everything until smooth, dry and fragrant, taste correction, serve
