Material contents

  • 300gr minced meat (chicken/shrimp).
  • 3 cloves white onion, puree.
  • 1 tablespoon chicken egg white
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sago tani.
  • Salt, mushroom broth, pepper to taste.

Method

  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Prepare the dumpling skin with the filling and shape it according to your taste.
  • Bring the boiled water to a boil, remove and drain.
