Oyong Misoa Soup
Ingredient
- 1 oyster, sliced
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 bunch of misoa
- 1 egg beaten off
- 3 cloves of geprek bawput
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 1 tbsp chicken stock REMPAH
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1. Sauté the onions until golden. Pour enough water
- 2. After boiling, add carrots, season with spices, bring to a boil again.
- 3. Slowly pour in the eggs, after boiling add the oyong, misoa and spring onions.
- 4. Cook briefly, remove.
