3 star fruit, sliced (can be replaced with lime juice)

How to make
1. Clean the fish, cut into pieces and then coat with lime juice. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse.
2. Saute ground spices until cooked, then add water. Enter the bay leaf, lime leaves, lemon grass, ginger, salt, sugar, pepper powder, star fruit & tomatoes, stir. After boiling, add the fish. Then add the cayenne pepper & spring onion, stir. Cook until well done.
