1. Coat the scallops with lime juice and 1 tsp salt. Let stand 15 minutes and wash again.

4. Put in the clams with oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Add salt, pepper and mushroom broth, mix well. Pour in the water. Stir well. Cook until the water is reduced and cooked. Add the banana, mix well and cook for a while. Turn off the fire.
