Ingredient

  • 1 pack of mustard greens, cut into 2
  • 500gr ribs / 1 chicken, cut into 2
  • 3 cloves of geprek bawput
  • 2 cm geprek ginger
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  • 1. Boil the ribs/chicken with bawput and ginger until tender.
  • 2. Add salted vegetables and tomatoes, add seasoning
  • 3. Boil until cooked. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions
