Salted Mustard Soup
Ingredient
- 1 pack of mustard greens, cut into 2
- 500gr ribs / 1 chicken, cut into 2
- 3 cloves of geprek bawput
- 2 cm geprek ginger
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1. Boil the ribs/chicken with bawput and ginger until tender.
- 2. Add salted vegetables and tomatoes, add seasoning
- 3. Boil until cooked. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions
