Sauteed Fish Spicy Chili Ijo Petai
Ingredient
- 150 gr Peda Fish, brew briefly with hot water. Drain and fry briefly. Lift
- 100 gr Chili Ijo, sliced oblique
- 7 pcs green chilies, sliced oblique (adjust the spicy taste)
- 7 pcs red onion, finely sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm Galangal, crushed
- 1 kbr bay leaf
- 1 Petai board, peeled & halved
- 2 pcs Green Tomatoes, split @ into 4
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mushroom Broth
- Pinch of Salt
- 100 ml Water
- Oil for frying
How to make
- 1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add the red onion, galangal and bay leaf, stir until fragrant
- 2. Add green chilies and petai, stir until half wilted. Add water, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and mushroom broth. Stir well, taste correction.
- 3. Enter the peda fish and green tomatoes, stir gently (so that the peda fish does not crumble). Cook until the spices absorb. Lift
- Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately with warm rice.
