Ingredient

How to make

  • 1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add the red onion, galangal and bay leaf, stir until fragrant
  • 2. Add green chilies and petai, stir until half wilted. Add water, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and mushroom broth. Stir well, taste correction.
