Tempe Mendoan (without Garlic)
Ingredients
- Tempeh 1 thinly sliced board
- Cooking oil for deep frying
- Coating material
- Flour 100 grams
- Rice flour 85 grams
- Enough water
- Salt 3 tsp
- Mushroom broth 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Onion 1 stalk, sliced
- 3 pieces of bird's eye chili
Step
- 1. Mix all the coating ingredients mix well
- 2. Dip tempeh, fry until stiff. (my creation)
