Mushroom Chicken Team Rice
What kind of mushroom do you use for rice? 10 pieces of mushroom, cut into small pieces. 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce. 1 tbsp oyster sauce. 1 tbsp soy sauce.How long does it take to steam rice into team rice? Steam for 40 minutes until the rice is cooked.
Soy Mushroom Chicken Ingredients
- 500 gr chicken thigh fillet (diced pot)
- 50 gr dried shitake mushrooms (soak in hot water, sliced according to taste)
- 5 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 pc small onion (chopped/sliced kcl)
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce lee kum kee (optional)
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- enough oil & water
- How to make mushroom chicken:
- heat the oil, add pth & onion, saute until fragrant, add mushrooms & chicken, mix well then add oyster sauce, sweet kcp, salty kcp, dark soy sauce, pepper, salt & sugar, saute until fragrant, pour water until it covers the chicken, ungkep until the water has reduced a little & the meat is tender
Chicken Broth Water Ingredients (Tuk Soup And Cook Rice Team)
- 1 Chicken Bones Cook with 2 Liters of Water for 1 hour until the broth comes out, some of the broth to cook the rice, the rest of the broth add salt, mushroom broth & Cooked Pepper for a while Sprinkle With Spring Onions To Eat Later With Tim Rice
Rice Ingredients
- 2 cups rice (300gr)
- 500 ml broth
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce (optional if you like the rice a bit brown in color)
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame myk
- Cooking oil
- How to make :
- saute onion pth with oil until fragrant, add rice, stir, add oyster sauce, salty kcp, sweet kcp, stir fry until fragrant, pour in broth, cook until the water shrinks over medium heat, pour sesame myk, stir well, turn off the heat
Additional Toppings
- Egg soy sauce (cooked together with mushroom chicken)
- Raw salted egg yolk
- Fried onions & spring onions
Solution
- Arrange 1/2 egg soy sauce or a salted egg yolk (if you like) in a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of chicken mushrooms on top, cover with rice, don't be too full, leave 1cm from the limit of the bowl, it will cook, the rice can be higher, steamed for 1/2 hour If it's cooked, let it warm, face down on a serving plate, sprinkle with fried onions & green onions, serve with chicken soup, cucumber, chili & pickles (according to taste)
