Ingredients

  • -500 mackerel meat
  • -325 gr sago
  • – 2 tbsp rice flour
  • – 350 ml of water
  • – 1 1/4 tbsp salt

Method

  • -1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • -1/2 tsp salt

  • -125 ml boiled water

How to Make Sambal
