Ingredient

  • 1 pack of instant noodles
  • 50 gr minced meat
  • chopped onion
  • 2 pcs minced garlic
  • Pepper, mushroom broth powder, sugar, salt to taste

Topping

  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • mayo
  • Chili sauce
  • Parsley Powder

Method

  • Boil the noodles, drain, mix with the spices in the instant noodles
  • Saute the onion, add the meat, stir until the meat is cooked (give a little water)
  • Enter the other spices, once cooked add the noodles, stir until blended
  • Cut the onion into 2 parts... remove one by one (keep round)
  • Put the noodles in the middle of the bangbay circle, then sprinkle moza cheese on top..
  • Add mayo & chili sauce (optional)
  • Bake using top fire until the moza melts, remove and serve hot..
