Ingredients

  • Bread, Thin Using a Rolling Pin

Liquid Material

  • 250 ml liquid milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp stock powder

Stir-fry Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, cut into small dice
  • 50 gr Fusilli La Fonte, boiled until aldente
  • 3 tbsp water
  • enough oil.
  • Sprinkle: chopped celery

How to make

  • 1. Prepare a muffin tin, grease with margarine. Then put the flattened bread. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat the oil, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the carrots and water, mix well. Add fusilli, cook until the water reduces. Remove and cool.
  • 3. Beat the eggs, add the liquid milk, salt, pepper powder and powdered broth, mix well.
  • 4. Pour the stir-fry ingredients onto the bread, pour the egg mixture, let it soak.
  • 5. Bake in a preheated oven, a temperature of 170⁰ C until cooked, adjust each oven.
