1. Filling ingredients: stir-fry the onions until fragrant, add the corned beef, mix well. Enter the carrots, benches, leaves, onions, English soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper, stir and then remove from heat.
2. Prepare the spring roll skin with the stuffing then fold/roll it with the adhesive. Do it until the stuffing runs out.
3. Fry the spring rolls in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown then remove and serve with cayenne pepper.
