Ingredients

  • Enough spring roll skin
  • Enough oil for frying
  • Egg white for skin adhesive

Material contents

  • Cornet Beef @cipgeneration
  • 1 piece of grated carrot
  • 1 piece of grated stool
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Pepper, salt, sugar to taste

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cloves of red onion

The method

  • 1. Filling ingredients: stir-fry the onions until fragrant, add the corned beef, mix well. Enter the carrots, benches, leaves, onions, English soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper, stir and then remove from heat.
  • 2. Prepare the spring roll skin with the stuffing then fold/roll it with the adhesive. Do it until the stuffing runs out.
  • 3. Fry the spring rolls in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown then remove and serve with cayenne pepper.
