Ingredients

  • 150gr wet noodles

Method

  • • Brew wet noodles with hot water for a while, drain and set aside.
  • • Saute ground spices until cooked and change color, add cabbage and water to taste, season with the rest of the ingredients except vegetables, taste correction.
  • • Enter the noodles, cook briefly until absorbed, then add the mustard greens, stir, reserving a little gravy, remove and serve with boiled eggs, sliced ​​chicken, fried shallots.
