How to Make Semarangan Tripe Fried Rice
- diced tripe, iso and beef lung
-Heat the oil, add the onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant then add the tripe and lungs, stir-fry until wilted
-Insert finely ground chilies according to taste, add salt and powdered broth if you like. Enter the sweet soy sauce, mix well and then add the white rice, stir until it is brown in color. Test the taste. If you like it spicy, you can add pieces of cayenne pepper.
-Serve with pickled cucumber and a sprinkling of fried onions and spring onions
