Ingredients

  • 500gr beef saikoro
  • Salt & pepper powder, to taste
  • 1 large clove of garlic (2 cloves if it's small), crushed
  • 1 tbsp butter

Complementary

  • Hot rice
  • Match sauce

How to make

  • 1. Marinate beef saikoro with salt & pepper, let stand at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • 2. Melt butter, saute garlic over high heat until brown.
  • 3. Enter the beef saikoro, cook for a while until all 4 sides change color.
  • 4. Lift & serve with complementary.
