Pan Seared Garlic Butter Beef Saikoro
Ingredients
- 500gr beef saikoro
- Salt & pepper powder, to taste
- 1 large clove of garlic (2 cloves if it's small), crushed
- 1 tbsp butter
Complementary
- Hot rice
- Match sauce
How to make
- 1. Marinate beef saikoro with salt & pepper, let stand at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 2. Melt butter, saute garlic over high heat until brown.
- 3. Enter the beef saikoro, cook for a while until all 4 sides change color.
- 4. Lift & serve with complementary.
