Fried egg fried chili ingredients

  • 8 scrambled eggs
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 7 whole chilies
  • 1 lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 40 ml thick coconut milk
  • Salt & sugar to taste
  • Enough water
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 6 red chilies
  • A little shrimp paste

How to make fried egg fried chili

  • 1. Saute ground spices until cooked / cooked, add water, stir. Enter the bay leaf, lemon grass, lime leaves, salt & sugar, stir.
  • 2. After boiling, add eggs, cayenne pepper, green chili & coconut milk, stir. Cook until the spices absorb, remove.
