Ingredients

Chicken Patty Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of king taste sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Chicken Patty Spread Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Then mix all the ingredients.

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients for the patty above. Then make a flat round shape.
  • 2. Weigh each circle so that the results are the same, if I weigh ± 50-55 grams. Yield 10 seeds.
  • 3. Heat the teflon, grease the bread with a little butter, then bake for a while.
  • 4. After the bread is done. Heat butter, bake patty until cooked. Then brush with the seasoning. Bake again until the spices seep into the patty.
  • 5. Arrange the burgers starting from lettuce, cucumber, tomato, patty, and cheese slice if used.
