Sate Taichan Pangasius

Ingredient

  • 400 gr Pangasius Fillet @seafoodlovers.japfa
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • (Stir all ingredients, marinate 30 minutes)

Sambal Ingredients

  • 15 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml water
  • Sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste

Complementary

  • Skewers
  • Rice cake
  • Margarine

How to make

  • 1. Sambal: puree the chili ingredients, stir-fry until fragrant. Add water, sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste. Stir until cooked, remove and set aside.
  • 2. Pierce the fish meat with a skewer, do it until it runs out.
  • 3. Melt the margarine on a Teflon pan, bake the fish satay until cooked on both sides. Lift.
  • 4. Sajika Sate Taichan Pangasius with rice cake and chili sauce.
