Pochai Three Eggs
Ingredient
- 1 bunch of pochai
- 1 egg pitan cut into squares
- 1 salted egg cut into squares
- 1 egg
- 4 whole garlic cloves
- 2 cm ginger
- Powdered broth
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 2. Pour enough water, after boiling add salted eggs and chicken eggs while stirring.
